Adding dried herbs is a great way to add flavor to your cheeses. (We do not recommend adding fresh herbs or garlic because they can carry other microbes that can cause problems or contamination during aging.) French Herbs is a delightful mixture of Chives, Parsley, Basil, Rosemary, Marjorman and Tarragon. Usage will vary from recipe to recipe. French Herbs can be layered in the curds, mixed into soft, spreadable cheeses, or rolled on the outside of a finished cheese. Also try it in you other cooking projects! If stored tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, these herbs will last indefinitely. 2 oz. package.
