We will ship your order by the most efficient, cost-effective shipper possible. Our shipping department weighs each package and compares various shipping alternatives. If we find we can ship your order for less than our published shipping costs, we pass those savings on to you.
Unless noted on our web site, products are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. We usually ship our orders (including milking machines) within 24-48 hours.
Shipments to most addresses in the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) will arrive in three to seven business days.
USPS (United States Postal Service) with their flat-rate packages is currently our most economical shipping option. Again, if we can ship your order USPS for less than our standard shipping costs, we will pass this savings on to you (savings will be reflected on your invoice).
Need your order extra fast? We offer Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day Select deliveries. However, these expedited shipping options are expensive. Please call us a 1-800-646-7736 for these shipping costs before you submit your order.
UPS (United Parcel Service) and FedEx (Federal Express) will not deliver to a post office box. You must include a physical address to use these delivery services.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders: If your package delivery address is outside the continental United States, we will email you immediately with the actual shipping costs (and customs requirements if applicable) for your order. You can also call us at 1-913-585-1191 for shipping costs. The shipping reflected on your online invoice is NOT the actual shipping costs for your order. Please disregard it.
Tracking your order: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirming e-mail from Caprine Supply. If your order was shipped by UPS or FedEX, you will receive an email with a tracking number when the package order comes to them. To track your order, please following the directions on the e-mail. For information about orders shipped by other delivery services, please call us at 1-800-646-7736.
Shipping is charged on every order, no matter how small, so try to plan ahead and group your items together when you can to save on shipping costs. On tiny items such as tattoo digits and the like, we will try to ship in a padded envelope to minimize shipping costs and will pass the savings on to you.
To Calculate the Shipping Fee on Your Order:Add up the total amount of your purchases and then find your order total on the chart below. This amount will be added automatically to your order at checkout. Remember that some items (milk stand bases and headpieces, clippers, etc.) have special low shipping fees. These fees will also be added automatically at checkout.

Special Shipping Fees: Magazine subscriptions do not have shipping fees. Some oversized items may have a special shipping fee. This fee will be included in the shipping fee you see on your order. In addition, our large Sydell equipment is shipped by motor freight and charges will vary according to your shipping address. HOW TO FIGURE SHIPPING CHARGES
The delivery service is solely responsible for damaged articles. If anything is damaged, please contact the delivery service IMMEDIATELY (UPS: 1-800-742-5877 or FedEX: 1-800-463-3339). Keep all packing material, including the box. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items until we receive the appropriate forms from the delivery service. Claims or complaints must be filed within 30 days of the shipping date.
If you want to return an item for any reason (refund, exchange or warranty), first contact Caprine Supply's Customer Service. Call 1-800-646-7736 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take you through the return process step by step. Returns for refund or exchange are honored within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees. Because we do not honor returns after 30 days, it is important that you open your package as soon as it arrives. Missing items must be reported to Customer Service (1-800-66-7736) within five (5) working days. All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Vaccines may NOT be returned.
We try very hard to maintain our pricing throughout the year. However, some price changes are inevitable, and these changes will be reflected on the web site. Therefore, pricing on the web site and in our catalog may not agree. The web site will always show the current pricing of a product.
We always try to ship you the exact item you see on our web site. However, occasionally we are no longer able to get the exact item as pictured. We will ship you our substitution which will be of equal quality and value as the product pictured. However, we try hard to post the picture of a product as soon as we receive it. Some products require chosing a color or size. If no color or size is stated, we will chose one for you.
We are proud of the quality of the products we sell and guarantee all of them to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. However, our guarantee does not apply to items which have been used, abused, or damaged by careless handling.
