Works with both raw and pasteurized cow or goat milk. Kit contains 5 vegetable rennet tablets, 1-4 oz. citric acid packet, 1- 4 oz. packet of cheese salt, dairy thermometer, butter muslin, and recipe booklet. Deluxe kit also has our stainless steel ladle and a packet of Lipase powder. Kit makes about 20 pounds of cheese.
