Stop-A-Leak
$8.15
Safe, easy-to-apply liquid constricts muscle at end of leaking teat. Helpful for does with large orifices. Use on DHIA test day to be sure doe gets credit for all the milk she produces. Safe for occasional use, although it might cause irritation if used every day. 1.75 oz. bottle.

California Mastitis Test (CMT)
$17.95
California Mastitis Test is the best method available for finding does that may have a mastitis infection. Using the CMT at least once a month cuts down on chances of early stages of mastitis going unnoticed. To use, squirt milk from each teat into paddle, add equal amount of the reagent, and swirl slowly by rotating paddle. Immediate gel formation means that the udder half probably has mastitis infection; further lab work should be done. Kit includes testing paddle, dispensing bottle, written instructions, and one pint of concentrated reagent. A simple, quick, accurate, inexpensive tool for good dairy management. Replacement reagent also available.

Replacement Reagent for CMT
$11.50
One pint bottle.
