A direct set culture. A cross between Fromage Blanc and Marscapone, it's an easy cheese to make. Great for cooking or as a cracker spread. Each packet will set up to 1 gallon of milk, yielding about 2 lbs. of cheese. Culture includes rennet. 5 packets.
