Use this special detergent on your dairy equipment from time to time in place of your regular alkaline detergent. It will remove milkstone deposits, the dull-looking film that harbors bacteria. Acid detergents are "milkstone removers." Use it to scrub equipment about once a week, depending on how fast milkstone builds up (which will depend on how hard your water is). Use more frequently if deposits persist. One gallon.
