No need to filter milk after milking. This in line filter/strainer with sock filter will make your milk handling much more efficient. Filter (with sock filter inside) is connected on the milk line before milk enters your bucket milker, so the milk in your bucket is already filtered. Starter kit comes with 6" plastic filter/strainer and a box of 100 sock filters. You will need to use a new sock for each milking. Buying the starter kit saves you 10% over buying filter/strainer and replacement filter socks separately. Replacement sock filters, the filter/strainer, and replacement top are also sold separately.
