A handy tool for trimming horn scurs on goats. Long handles give good leverage. You can nip off end of scur without twisting and breaking. Lets you keep scurs trimmed back so they don't grow into head or eyes. Has two cutting jaws. 14" long handles; drop-forged and oil-tempered.
