This pasteurizer allows you to heat-treat colostrum as well as pasteurize milk. One simple flip of the switch lets you choose the standard pasteurizing process or the lower temperature heat treatment. You can safely heat-treat as little as one cup or as much as two gallons of colostrum. Now you don't have to mess with under-heated or coagulated colostrum heat-treated on the stove.
