For the cheesemaker, a flat, ladle-type stainless steel skimmer, 4-1/2" in diameter with 11-3/4" handle. Designed for skimming milk, stirring rennet into milk, cutting curds, and transferring curds from pot to cheese molds. Handle has curved end for easy hanging. Especially handy for making hard cheeses.
