This direct set culture is added directly to milk, taking the worry out of starter culture preparation. You can use this direct set culture with store-bought milk also. Use this culture to make a variety of hard cheeses, including cheddar, gouda, colby, and feta. Each packet will set 2 gallons of milk. 5 packets.
