Works with both raw and pasteurized cow or goat milk. Kit contains 10 vegetable rennet tablets, 1-8 oz. citric acid packet, 1- 8 oz. packet of cheese salt, dairy thermometer, butter muslin, and recipe booklet. Deluxe kit also has our stainless steel ladle and a packet of Lipase powder. Kit makes about 40 pounds of cheese.
